Handling your PR needs with love and C.A.R.E.
I love public relations. Why, you ask? It's exciting, analyctical, and most importantly, constant.
My interest in public relations started in high school. I've always been fascinated with Hollywood and celebrities; I was the girl who got in trouble for using the school computers to check the latest gossip.
During my senior year, my best friends and I got the opportunity to volunteer for the 2nd Annual Jordin Sparks Super Bowl Experience, a three-day charity extravaganza featuring Jason Derulo, Larry Fitzgerald and of course, Jordin Sparks. I got the opportunity to interact with the media, create gift bags, check in guests along with many other tasks. It was a very tiring few days, but the experience was well worth it. It was then I decided I wanted to further my knowledge in the field of public relations at Florida A&M University.
My time at FAMU has been extraordinary. I started as a broadcast journalism major, but I quickly realized that I was not meant to be in that field. As I was exploring other majors, I came across the FAMU Chapter of PRSSA and PRodigy PR Firm. The rest was history.
I recently graduated from Syracuse University, where I received my Masters in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations. I intend on staying in the world of communications, and I am looking to secure a position in the social media space. I was always taught to strive for greatness and follow my dreams, and that's exactly what I intend to do. If you have any public relations needs, feel free to use the Contact tab to reach me!
